Their contact button doesn't work on fb.
There's no reply to the email address, have tried 8 times since my order they never sent, since 10/12 just auto reply. Have requested at least to refund since they wont send the order. Also Messaged them 2 times on fb no reply
Also the phone # doesn't work either.

FULL REVIEW!
I bought from a few of these overseas companies to test many things about the company as well as the products..... no company had any knowledge that I was reviewing them.
Let me get the most important out of the way, Fillerhouse is NOT a scam, they are a real company selling real items which in turn making it possible that those around the world and us Americans can have the same cosmetic things that only the rich in our country can have due to ridiculous over priced doctors!
PAYMENT: I was able to pay easily through PayPal with no issues. Fillerhouse actually offers many options for payments which is nice as other companies do not.
SHIPPING: Fillerhouse does attempt to hide their actual location by claiming on their website that they are based in California USA, however they are actually in South Korea and ship all shipments from South Korea. Im unsure why they do this as SK is an honest country leading the way in skincare around the world. Fillerhouse charges $38 to ship but offers free shipping over $400 comparable to Vianacare and Glamderma, Acecoms does not offer free shipping. I was shocked to see an email the next day saying they had shipped as it was a larger order. The box was in perfect condition, all items were appropriately shipped and safe. Even with a one day delay in Transit due to FedEx overload, I still received my items within 4 days of placing my order, VERY FAST! The fastest shipping of all the companies I reviewed! In comparison Vianacare took 15 days.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Fillerhouse has a system on their website to ask questions however they do not respond to it which is sad cause its a great feature......if it worked. I was not able to get one item cause I couldn't get them to respond with the ingredients. However, I found out later that if u email them through info.fillerhouse under "contact" they do respond, so I would suggest using that method. In comparison Acecoms also responds fast to emails but Vianacare took a week to respond to questions a few different times.
PRODUCTS/PRICES: They have a larger range of selection which is great! Prices are much better and are comparable to Acecosm however Fillerhouse offers free shipping. I also noticed when comparing expiration dates with other companies that fillerhouse items have much longer expiration dates, most items don't expire until 2024. They did send the wrong size cannulas which is not abnormal as they sometimes substitute if they are out of stock so they don't hold up ur order and normally I don't mind however this time I needed that specific smaller size, fillerhouse responded within hours informing me they will ship them next week when back in stock. When u place a bigger order its possible something could be wrong but Im actually glad this happened as its important to see what companies will do when things do go wrong an they handled it perfectly.......at first!! However, they asked me if I wanted to add more items to my order an they would ship free with the cannulas, this took weeks and later told me that they no longer make that size cannula which is not true but we agreed on another size. After the rep finally got the invoice correct, I paid an they shipped but once again sent the wrong size cannulas and this time a package of threads were missing also, I just let the cannulas go, at first they wanted to refund me the threads but they finally agreed to send them. They for sure need a system in place to double check packages before they ship. My package is now in Japan, not sure why or when I'll get it.
CONCLUSION: Prices an selections are better at Fillerhouse, they sent me 2 free sheet mask, easy payment options, everything I bought was shipped safely and FAST, expiration dates indicate 3-4 years, customer service was extremely fast and clearly willing to help although the website feature doesn't work an they don't respond as fast when u have an issue. Incorrect or missing products in ur order is for sure an issue with Fillerhouse but they were willing to help. I have not yet reviewed the products an plan to do comparisons between them and other companies. Fillerhouse for sure is a great company that I will attempt to buy from again but missing items is a huge deal which shouldn't take weeks to remedy.

Excellent Derma fillers

Excellent Derma fillers. It is quite difficult to find cosmetics of such a good quality. I was happy to find this online shop. The skin's been transformed within a few days after application.

This is an update or a redo to a review I originally left. I was pretty upset at that point & left a review as such after spending over 3 weeks trying to get everything worked out. After 3+ weeks & many messages, thinking I was never going to hear back from them again, I left the review here because I not only didn’t think I would hear back, have the problem made right but that I wasn’t going to be able to order from them again which was upsetting because they are my favorite place to shop.. I did however hear back.
Filler House is definitely my #1 favorite place to shop for the kinds of products they carry. I really love everything about their store & have made several large orders since finding them just 2-3 months ago.
Originally after having a problem w/an order I reached out to let them know & I did hear back at 1st. After detailing out the entire situation, answering all of their questions I received a couple more emails asking me more questions which I answered. Then got another couple emails & was asked some of the same questions again which I had already answered more than once so I felt like they weren’t even reading my emails at that point. They said they were going to make the problem right & I was actually getting ready to place another order by this time but I couldn’t do that until I had confirmation they were going to follow through & that I was going to hear from them so I held off placing my order much longer than I wanted.
Then I just didn’t hear anything. I reached out several more times w/no response asking for someone to just please let me know what was going on. I waited a couple weeks more because I know they’re a very busy company but after all this time went by it made me feel like they weren’t going to reply at all nor do what they said they would which was not a fun place to be. It was over 3 weeks since the 1st msg so more than enough time for a reply. I was upset because I am a good customer & order a lot so I couldn’t understand what was going on. I was genuinely upset too because up until this happened everything w/them has always been absolutely perfect. So thinking I wasn’t going to hear back this is when I finally left my original review here.
Then finally I did finally hear back. They were apparently in the middle of a move. Honestly it would’ve been nice to have had someone just tell me that instead of being left in limbo but we’re all human & I am empathetic to how crazy moving a big company can be so it’s water under the bridge at this point.
Everything was made right, actually even better than right which was really nice of them. I am truly so happy because like I said they really are my most favorite place to shop & I would be just crushed if anything ever happened to them or I was unable to shop from them for any reason. They for me are 1 of those places you find that is like your golden nugget or your unicorn store that you always love buying & getting products from. They have so many great products & really great prices esp if you have a coupon code to use. If you like the kinds of products they have, you won’t find better prices than theirs. Orders are also always shipped w/great care & very quickly.
I wanted to come back to update this as I said I would. All is well, everything was 100% taken care of & they have even reached out a couple more times to make sure everything was okay which I thought was very nice of them.
I will continue to be a happy loyal customer of theirs, will refer people & sing their praises to everyone I know who loves the kinds of products they sell.
Things happen, we’re all human & this world is crazy enough so when we find people & places we love, we need to hang on to them! They definitely went above & beyond to correct the problem which I really appreciated so much because I never expected them to do all that they did which was so nice, speaks volumes about them, their professionalism & wanting to make their customers happy. They are a quality company & if you’re reading this, are wanting to shop with them, definitely do, you will also be a very happy customer!

Fillerhouse is the BEST

Fillerhouse is the BEST! I’ve placed a few orders with them and they are always so responsive and kind with following up. I’ve also gotten some little extra surprises from them which has made my experience so wonderful. Their products are fabulous and they are very easy to work with. I’m looking forward to my next order with them.

LOVE THIS COMPANY

I have made three orders now with Fillerhouse. This last order i made purchase Wednesday. Today is Friday. The FEDEX Guy was ringing the doorbell. I expected the package next week. I cant say enough about this company. What I like about them, is they litterly send your order out right away.
I just did a treatment from my last purchase. Which was Gana V. I need to wait for complete healing from that. So far, Gana V is looking good after one treatment. Thumbs up to filler house. ☺️????

I just got my package from the Filler House and I want to let you know that the service was excellent and fast!!! When I had some questions they kindly replied to all of tham! As soon I payed only after couple of days I got the package !!!
I bought before from other Korean websites and Filler House is the BEST!@ FAST! GREAT QUALITY! GREAT PACKAGING ????????.

I received my first order from…

I received my first order from FillerHouse.
I must say, I am shocked. I think I got it in 4-5 days. I think its less, than that.
They also sent 2 masks, as gifts. I cannot thank you enough. I will be ordering more. Im so HAPPY! WOOO HOOO!!
